Lori Brown’s Leadership at PayNorthwest Recognized in PSBJ’s 40 Under 40 List

PayNorthwest COO Lori Brown 40 Under 40

How do you take a business from 100 to 1,000 clients?

PayNorthwest COO Lori Brown knows how, and we’re thrilled to see her outstanding leadership recognized in this year’s Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list, which celebrates the success of dynamic business leaders under the age of 40 in the Pacific Northwest.

Read Lori’s full profile in the Puget Sound Business Journal.

During 8 years at PayNorthwest, Lori oversaw tenfold growth in clients while developing a culture that empowers employees and makes them (us!) want to do a great job. In addition to establishing an entirely new subdivision of PayNorthwest (HCM Ready, our Kronos Workforce Ready implementation experts), Lori championed our employee wellness program, taking an active role in improving the health and well-being of our employees.

The business outcomes of her efforts are clear. Lori helped take the company from $500k in annual revenue in 2010 to $6.4M in 2017 with a 96% client retention rate year over year, a growth rate that earned PayNorthwest recognition on the 2016 and 2017 Inc. 5000 lists of the fastest-growing privately held companies.

Congratulations, Lori!
