I wanted to let you know how much of a lifesaver [our CSR] is and how happy we are to have him as our primary customer support person. The person responsible for payroll here left the company with short notice, and for the month of January it was just me and two others who, while maybe somewhat familiar with the process, were not regulars at processing payroll. [Our CSR] was available to walk us through payroll, to help us find the right reports, and to reset permissions for the new payroll processors. He walked us through two payrolls, going step by step and explaining why we needed to go through the step and what it was doing. He was very patient, and always made himself available for the extra attention we needed to get through these last couple of payrolls. I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate him and his helpful, good-natured approach to customer support, and how much we value our relationship with him and, by extension, with PayNW.
