  • Your data is never held captive – you can export it anytime, as many times as you like 
  • We follow up with check-in calls to see what is working, what is not, and remove things (and the fee) for things you are not using, and maybe even suggest something you don’t have but would benefit from 
  • We look for basic problems, and if we catch something, we will call you! 
  • If your personnel changes, we look for ways to support you and the new personnel
