The Department of Labor issued further guidance for workers and employers on how the protections and requirements of the FLSA, the FMLA, and the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) affect workplaces as they reopen during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Wage and Hour Division guidance includes frequently asked questions and answers that address critical issues in all three laws.
