Beginning in service and implementation roles before transitioning to sales consulting, he developed a deep understanding of client needs and operational excellence.

Throughout their career, he has worked with industry-leading companies such as ADP, Paychex, Paycor, and Paylocity, gaining invaluable insight into the HCM landscape. This extensive experience revealed that many businesses are not just looking for products, they’re seeking a true service partner.

Drawn to PayNW’s people-centered approach, Ken joined the team to align their passion for exceptional client service with a company that prioritizes human connection and meaningful partnerships. When he is not working, Ken can typically be found golfing, boating or on the beach. He and his wife Lisa have been married for 32 years and have 5 children.
